Improved camera tracking for the T-Bot

You can control the T-Bot using a webcam and opencv HSV colour based tracking. You can find the code here.

Controlling the T-Bot with computer vision.

You can find some example code in the development folder in the T-Bot repository. I have deliberately left this unfinished to provide a challenge! You can see there is a lot of room for improvement!
